5 easy steps to your Pop Up Wedding!
1) Connect with the Pop Up Weddings Team
Our booking coordinator will respond to your email to give you the package information you have asked to see and begin your wedding planning process.
2)Choose Your Event & Location
Choose from one of our elopements, intimate ceremonies, intimate wedding or wedding planning packages and I will give you suggestions on where your ceremony can take place.
3)Book your event
Once you tell us you want to book we will send you a client questionnaire with contract and a deposit invoice. These items need to come back to us signed and paid in order for your booking to be complete. If you change your mind during this process, please communicate that with us, we are very understanding and have your best wedding interests at heart. We require 50% of your total booking invoice remitted to secure your wedding date with us.
4) Face-to-Face Meeting with Your Pop Up Wedding planner
As part of your package, you may want meet one-on-one with your very own Pop Up Weddings planner, who will deal with all the non-romantic experiences that take away from the excitement of your wedding day. During this initial consultation, you will have the opportunity to discuss the following details for your special day: package dependent
Florals - Based on your chosen package and/or add ons, work with your Pop Up Weddings Coordinator to customize the elements of décor available. Based on seasonal availability, your Pop Up Weddings Coordinator will work through the various options available for your custom bouquet and boutonniere – florals are package upgrades and will add costs to your quoted package
Decor - Based on your chosen package you will be able to add on extra items to your initial package such as: additional chairs, carpets, or personal decor touches etc.
All of this can be done over email, we understand that some couples are extremely busy and wish to streamline their experience.
